For two years I worked as a graphic designer and manager of Wayne State University’s in-house print and design office, SCGraphics. We supplemented the needs of central marketing with design and print production services for student organizations, departments and colleges. I oversaw projects from inception to completion as well as managed billing, inventory, scheduling, and implementation of a new project management system for sales.
Concurrently, I also served as the Chief Designer for Student Auxiliary Services and was responsible for overhauling the division's brand. The rationale for the new logo was the androgyny of the speech bubble; It can belong to anyone. As a student-centric division, SAS encourages students to speak their minds and be heard. I designed the logo, digital ads, banners, cards, and all brand collateral. I also created brochures and outdoor signage for various SAS departments.
