Under the leadership of Rochelle Riley, longtime Detroit Free Press columnist, the City of Detroit founded a new department to support creative workers in the City. I worked with Rochelle to develop her Office's identity. This included research to develop the brand direction, and the design of fundraising and public relations materials to promote the office. I also supervised the launch of the Office's website, reviewed press releases, and guided the Office's effort to launch a public access TV channel.
